Got car serviced today, guy in the garage noted rear wheels not balanced, should they be on a fwd car, will it make any difference?

Second, need some minor bodywork done, was thinking of goin to carcraft for a quote, anyone know anyone good on the southside tho?

How did he note they were not balanced without balancing them himself??? Are they buckled?
