Does anyone know of an Irish bank that will accept Latvian Lats at their foreign exchange counter?

Ring them and ask in advance. Tell them you need to change x amount of Lats for Euro.

Any bank should be able to sort you out then. I've no idea if they will accept them if you just turn up.

I've already tried AIB and they said that they are unable to change them.
