Orlando seems to be fairly cheap on budget travel now, starting at €299 pp (flights + 7 nights b&b) with slightly nicer b&bs for €349 etc.
Is there some sort of a catch? Is there another hurricane due soon or something?

Well this time of the year is hurrican season. Florida's peak season is at Christmas as most people find it unsufferably hot at this time. I had no problem witht he heat last year though.

Yeah - it can be hot as (if not hotter than) hell at this time of year.
