Bit of crime solving here. Is there any way to check someones details (address name etc), from their mobile phone number, short of ringing Eircell or giving the person in question a call?.

This is serious as it involves a stolen handbag with credit cards, cheque books money etc. in it. May have a way of catching the culprits.
