Saw a K20 the other day. A mustard yellow one with a 75-KE reg. It was just being driven along by an old woman and it looked like it might be a daily driver rather than a hobby car. It wasn't immaculate and I think I saw some unpainted filler on one of the wings. Big surprise to see one of these on the road these days, i've become very "unaccustomed" to seeing them. Even though they used to be extremely common not so long ago, they are now a far rarer sight than Ferraris, Porsches etc.

One thing that's realy striking about these (and many other old cars) is how small they are. At a guess I'd say they're 18 inches shorter and maybe 500 kg lighter  than a modern equivalent car such as a Megane saloon. IMO it's ridiculous how bloated modern cars have gotten. One of the worst for this is the new Passat, it's bloody huge.

    Interesting BrianD3.

    Another KE20 about!
(Remember the mint one I photo'd at Trim Car Show?)

BTW, I saw a KE30 Coupe advertised in the Buy & Sell recently......think it was available as an import from Oz along with other cars the guy was touting/selling.
