    What sort of process of getting a temp supply for a new build, anyone got it lately and how long does it take?

    Obviously because I'm lazy the builder handled all that ;) However, assuming you or the missus is local, probably worth tracking down the local ESB guys for advice. Can speed it up significantly if they're putting it through.

    Think we had this conversation before, but I think they'll only give a temp supply to a permanent location these days (rather than a temp supply to a temp location).

    Your not lazy, don't heed them bullies!! ;)

    Temp to permanent - so if we are building a house then there should be no bother getting a temp supply?

    Think location relates to location in the house rather than the site. You'd have to check with them, so good luck with that :D
