Strange FTV Card

Hi Folks Came across a strange FTV card setup last night at friends house which had been installed by a local contractor.UTV, CH4 & CH 5 are available only on the other channels menu, while on 101, 102 etc RTE1 & RTE 2 appear on the EPG with the message "This Programme Is Not Available" Could this be an ex Irish Sub Card…

Hi Folks

Could this be an ex Irish Sub Card which has been hit in some way as I think those channels cannot be normally tuned in on an active Irish Sub Card. It definitely seems to some sort of hybrid.
