Sharing Skype contacts

I thought one of the more recent Skype versions was supposed to allow me to share my contacts between different PC's. I can't figure out how to do it. Anyone know how this works?

The contacts are now hosted on the servers at skype.com, when you install the new version on a new pc it should automatically download the contacts
