one of the lads had a nasty run in with eggs and a microwave - cooked them they seemed okay lifted them out that is when they went bang all over the shop.

I had a crackin sausage omelette earlier.

2 eggs, grate some cheese and add a bit of salt and pepper in a bowl. Use a fork to whip it together. While you're doin that fry up a few sausages.

once the sausages are cooked, take em off the pan and cut them up into little bits. Poor in the omelette mix, then add back in the sausage bits on top.

Cook on not to high a heat for a while and you've got a great bit of food to enjoy after a heavy night out, not quite as great as the breakfast roll though, it must be said.

I did that 3 times in 1 week, mainly because I was dsitracted...
I came home from work each time and put them on to boil went upstairs and got online and forgot until I smelled the smoke...mine caught fire! :eek:
needless to say my attention span is short and I forget about stuff like that easily when my mind is concentrating on the internet or tv

Now I just stand in the kitchen and wait it out so I wont forget

While wea re on the eggs topic i discovered 5 year old roten eggs last year hidden by me convienetly when i was 13 under a garden shed for to throw at the principal on the last day of primary school, i must have forgetten about them and i only discovered them when the Garden shed got moved to make way for a new drive way, Man did they stink, i have four still i tested one out and a mouse devoured one sometime during the 5 years, I am waiting pateintly for the next general election and Fianna fail canvassers will be welcome until my ammo runs out !
