Laptop running very slow

    Dell, Latitude D505
    Celeron
    Windows XP

The laptop has been running very slow as of late. It has been used quite a bit to play music, browse the web, and use MSN messenger. Everything takes ages to load or to close. The computer was fine up until very recently.

I ran ad-aware and spybot yesterday but it found nothing.

I looked in processes and there was a process called "CTPdeSrv.exe" runnning, taking up about 90% of the CPU. Any idea what this is, or how I can find out what this is?

    Thanks
