Network Problem

Everything working fine the last time I used the pc's. Went to open a folder shared over the network today and got this error: "Not enough server storage is availible to process this command" What storage is this referring to? It's only two pcs connected over a LAN. The connection is working fine as both computers can "see" each other in "view workgroup computers" and I can use the shared web connection from the pc. When I try and repair the connection from the main pc it says it can't repair the connection due to TCP/IP being desabled. Any ideas?
