    Yeah, what is the best way of terminating my contract with Utv, should I phone them, or contact the customer support via the clicksilver account yoke
    How long will it take them to do it??

    however you do it. make sure to get your cancellation number if you want to join another broadband provider.
    we quit UTV broadband and it took 3 months to get eircom to take our line cos no-one told us we needed a broadband cancellation number.
    Its a seven or eight digit number with the letters CH at the end.

    If you are getting broadband from elsewhere i recomment BT. Their 2MB/sec package is mad cheap.
