Wallace mmmmmmmm.................. love to see him out there but doubt it really. He was on call in the last tour and ended up on the bech for the final test so he is a good player but very sparse playing time this season. JOC would be ok,not Easterby no fookin way, what about Alan Quinlan?????
Must say that the match was very strange. 13mins in a 17points up,where the hell did that come from.

Thought ROG played himself off the team with poor place kicking and handbag tackling.Peel was immense, defo first chice scrum half.

Id say he has alot of work to do if he is to come back. He did have dreadful place kicking but played excellent ball out of hand, and we all know O'gara isnt renouned for tackling if you want a fly half that can tackle you play humphreys ;) I agree with you on Peel though.

As for the replace ment for Dallaglio I dunno dont see Wallace replacing him. It will probably be johnny o'connor if its an irish fella I suppose. Please god it wont be easterby taking his place ;)

its easterby according to sky sports.

  • Clearly Woodward's not a fan of this board. Cause he's gone completely against the grain again!

I think what the lions need is the down right crazyness of one trevor brennen. I think its deplourable that he's not being selected consistently for the irish squad. What do you guys think?

yep 2 mins after I posted about how I hoped easterby wasnt gonna be replacement sky sports confirmed it :( heh what can you do eh?

i think easterby has been called up to work as a groundhog at the breakdown, other than back the lions do not have one. How many times did they loose ball at rucks today and against the pumas? i think a player like easterby will sort this out.

  • But Jonny O'Conner is far better at that!

Yeah O'Connor is much more of a groundhog than Easterby
