Anyone having trouble with phone line after changeover to UTV?

    UTV finally took over the billing from Eircom a couple of weeks ago and now I can't make or receive phone calls. Internet works fine though. The phone line has been working on and off for the last week but it hasn't been working at all yesterday or today. Anyone else experience this?
