Betting Opinions: Ireland v Israel

    Hello,

Anyone got a betting interest in this game?

My thinking is as follows -

    Ireland to win
    Over 11 corners

I'm tempted to back the under 2.5 goals, but with Ireland, you never know what will happen.

However, I expect Ireland to be attacking heavily with Israel defending deep (hence lots of corners.)

I don't see Ireland losing or drawing.

    Any opinions?

Paddy Power refunding all losing score, first/last goalscorer and
scorecast bets on the match if Israel win.

Under 2.5 goals is a cert imo. Ireland to keep a clean sheet at 8/11 looks tempting too.

not many goals in this game. Israelis are very defensively minded and no star prizes to guess Kerr's perfect result.

If I were to place some bets , it would be : -

3 goals in the game at max. Probably a 2-1 win for us.
Ireland to pick up the first yellow card.
Robbie keane to be first to get caught off side.

    I'm going for HT/FT Draw/Rep. of Ireland at 10/3.

I have 15 euro worth of free 1st goalscorer bets, and looking at the odds I havnt seen anything jump out at me. Steven Reid 16/1 is alright.

Anyone any other ideas apart from the obvious, Keane, Duff, Clintron?

    Russia v Latvia - 1.4
    Azerbaijan v Poland 1.3
    Total odds = 1.82

Stuck 50 on this earlier, Russia won 2-0 and Poland are 2-0 up with 10mins left

Haven't had much time to study the later games, and as always the Irish game is a tough one to bet on, Israel to win is 6/1 so thats good odds(id never bet against Ireland though)

    One's to look at are

    Norway v Italy - 2.15(italy)
    Turkey v Greece 2.05(turkey)
    Portugal v Slovakia 1.4(PORTUGAL)

I'll stick a small punt on Ireland, but will be putting the main stake on those 3 individual games, and for the 3 of them in a combo(6.17)
