Whats the deal - have a full bottle of wax for metallic paint. Can this be used safely on a car with non-metallic paint? Car is a black Hyundai-Coupe.

    TIA

Absolutely perfectly safe - coloured waxes and metallic/non-metallic all marketing nonsense. It may even enhance the cars aerodynamics by making the slipstream less 'wavy'. And it will be the shiniest Hyundai in Ireland. Use it safely on surfboards, ex-girlfriends and non-shiny food.

I'm not too sure about this. I tried this on a non metalic car a couple of years ago and it left a dull finish on the paintwork. It could have been the product itself. Best thing to do is put a small drop on a small panel or the wing mirror and see how the finish is.
