Just wondering if anyone knows of a place around the city where a beginner can learn to play badminton

i think pretty much all of the clubs in cork county accept beginners, i know that melbourne (bishopstown) and esb (by the greyhound track)are always on the look out for new members... the only problem being that the season is over at the moment and most if not all clubs won't start training until late august

a website which should help is
    http://www.cork.badmintonireland.com/

its very well run and updated by the county secretary - if only cork badminton could find a PRO with as much enthusiasm!

if you have any more questions ask away...
