New front fence/gate

OK, the little fence/gate at the front of my house is knackered. Its attached to my neighbours one and basically consists of 3/4 posts set in concrete with tubular steel joining them up. The neighbours scum children have been hangin off them and destroyed them so the gates don't even shut now. How much/how easy would it be…

How much/how easy would it be to put up a nice waist-height wooden fence and gate arrangement? Anywhere do kits/premade sets? (wishful thinking)

You might find a timber alternative here. Not too sure if they will stand up to your neighbours superhuman kids though.
