Here's a free little programme for keeping an accurate eye on how much you download each month and today being the 1st of the month an ideal time to start. It also measure D/L and U/L speeds and you can "zero" it at the start of each month, Anyway heres the link http://www.jitserv.coolfreepage.com/ Mark.
