Different Versions of Coldplay's 'Talk'

    The version on the album seems to be different than the one that I've heard recently. The non-album version was much better I though.

    Anyone else heard the other version?

    Yeah I thought the melody was a lot stronger on the versio that was leaked a while ago, strange choice by them. :confused:

    I heard the other version and really liked it. I think I prefer it to the album version. I'm surprised how different they are, though.... I'm sure the album version is going to be one of their singles - its a great song.

    I think they should have stuck with the other version. In the album one he just sings along with the riff whereas he kinda has differetnt phrasing in the other one. Maybe the leak has the wrong version on it?

    Definitively, the alternative version is a 100 times better than the album version.
    All the people I know that have heard that song thinks the same.
    But where does that version come from?
