I want to buy a desktop replacement laptop but don't have a clue what to buy. I have about €1500 to spend and want something to play games, dvd movies etc, can anyone advise me on a good buy?

I might be a bit biased but try Dell..

The 9300 is very good system. Great Multimedia and reasonably priced.
