I'm just wondering if any of the other females on here have any tips on how to help me get rid of my saggy breasts? My fiance has assured me they're fine etc but it's just for my own self-confidence. THey're a nice size just heading south a bit too much for my liking! Anything that doesn't involve surgery and can be done in the comfort of my home would be appreciated :)

exercise to tone up the area, a friming gel and a good bra.
Loosing some weight may help too.

Erdic Its been getting a lot of press lately and appears (at first glance) not to be a scam.

Of course bigger breasts may sag more.....

A friend told me that she doesnt wear a bra all the time, helps strengthen the pec muscles and provides lift.. Could just be her though.

That would go against what most doctors advise. Any time I've ever heard this discussed the medical advice was always along the lines of making sure you're wearing the right size bra and that it provides enough support for you. Any lingerie store should be able to measure you properly.

Well if they were really sagging what I would advise is to get fitted properly, and once you don't mind big construction like underwear I'd go for this looks like something your grandmother would wear but once you're in their you aint going no where! I've fitted this bra on people before, and it's amazing what a difference it makes when they put their clothes on over it, and they even feel more confident. Admittedly not the most sexiest bra in the world, but it REALLY does the job.

    Get fitted properly.

Avoid plunge bras,ie wonderbra etc. I'd recomend the fantasie range if you want something with an underwire or maybe triumph. Some good strong makes there :D

Once you get fitted you imediately notice the difference-make sure it's tight on your back and the straps on the shoulders are firm too, as it's your back (due to the bra) that's holding your boobs up.

Good luck, I'd also try firming cream maybe however I don't know anything about any good ones, but getting fitted properly first would be my best advice-just avoid Marks &Sparks, go to somewhere where lingerie companies have actual representatives in-store who are trained properly (Clerys, Roches, Arnotts, Bts-but bts to a lesser extent), and not just staff transfered from the grocery department.

if you exercise your pectoral major and minor it'll give you a bit more lift in that area.

Also when you shower, finish off by turning the water to the coldest setting and holding it over your breasts for 3 x 35 seconds. My ex sweared by it!

Try doing the same on your face in the shower in the morning and see how firm your skin looks after a week.Works for me anyhow....

I've never had the need to do it on my chest as I am sans boobs, but my ex's seemed to be in particulary good shape for her age.

You sure about that? In the UK they are considered absolutely the best high street place to get measured.
