Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ah nature always looks after itself.
We had a much drier than normal winter and now we are paying for it.
It wouldnt surprise me if closer to the fall, nature decided to compromise for this things dried up for a month or two again.

    Hope that helps

    :D

Certainly no Heatwave a comin anytime soon anyway!

June looks like being a pretty wet month with LP's moving across
to our north. Off course there will be a few spells of nice settled
warm weather as the Bartlett High over Europe ridges north at
    times.

June looks like being a Scorcher for the French and Europeans ;)

From what i rmemeber hearing off either the wetaher on TV, or on a BBC website, OR it might have had been in the paper, that this years Summer will be pants, like 2004. However i'd hate to have another August 2003... that was too hot.

Was talking to Sis on sat - in Berlin was 30C - heatwave there ... would give this more cred than any meteorologist!

    ... So maybe...

There will *definitely* be a heatwave this year. The exact location is yet to be determined. Ask me again next year. biggrin.gif

Yep London tipped 31c last week all due to hit being pumped up
from a large European High Pressure but with low presure being
too near our west it pushed all the warm air east and thus
missed Ireland. This often happens as being the case on a lesser
scale during August 2003 where the heat just neaver made to
    the west of Ireland.

Oh and when London was tipping 31c Dublin was a might 12c

It will be just like the heat wave we were getting last year. And the one the year before that. And the one the year before that.....

Well it would seem the yet again that this year will be no exception with
some fine weather set to arrive across the country from Tuesday.

It wont be excessively hot and some sea fog might plaque the east
but less fog it should be fine with very pleasent temperatures
and lots of sun for 4-5 days from Tuesday into the weekend

Upto 20c in some parts of Donegal and the west mids ;)

And even without fog sea breezes will cool the east
