XP Wont Delete Printer

    Hey,

    I need to delete my printer so i can re-install it but wonders wont delete the printer. I deleted it a few times over the last few weeks but its still there with that status as "Deleting". I've shut-down the printer spooler serivce in XP services admin but when i restart the service there still there. I've rebooted a million time but it wont go.

    Any ideas?

    xp and win2k are ****ers for printers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! happens to me all the time but i forget what to do

    I tryed to post back last night but boards was down. Anyway i figured it out, While i was messing with the settings i go the error message "Setting cannot be chnaged while print jobs are pending" so i just right clicked the printer.... Clicked "Cancel all print jobs" and suddenlt both printers vanished lol

    Result!
