Want to set up a FNM in my town...

I was wondering if anyone could dirct me on how to go about setting up my own official FNM event, as there is nowere currently that I know of for people in Mullingar to play. If someone could tell me how to set one up or direct me to a place to play in mullingar I would be grateful.
