early news from this weekends adcc is that not only did hallman win againsed trigg but he broke his leg - i dont think that hallman will be loosing too much sleep if thats true

Yeah I know, he snapped his knee with a heel hook. Theres alot between these two. Hallman got his revenge for Frank disrespecting him after their fight in the UFC. Alot of upsets in ADCC.

I'm assuming that's an extremely nasty injury. Can you ever compete at that level again after something like that?

Trigg vs. Hallman 2 was on Bravo the other night incidentally. No love lost there.
Don't like Trigg much- see the Hughes fights too for ammo- but it's never nice to hear of injuries like that. Hope he recovers quick.

I think it's a long road with knee ligament injuries, from what I know, assuming its the ligaments. But it very much depends on the circumstances, person, severity.
