    Hi!

I'm looking for a new lodger - female - to share (as my last one just moved out because of that "love thing" i.e. moved in with their partner). So I've got a double room to let in a large house Cobh town (approx 7 mins walk to Cobh train station) Fantastic views of the harbour. €300 per month plus shared bills. (2 weeks deposit in advance). But you've gotta be a non-smoker and a professional. There's w/m, d/m, d/w - in the utility room, gch, Chorus multi-channel. And I'm an easy going person - who likes a tidy home!!! If you're interested send me a PM! Judes

i thought a professional student was one who successfully manages to stay in college for around 20 years, thereby dodging the real world. Maybe I was misinformed.
