    hey you guys you know the way meteor linked up with o2 do you think a meteor sim would work abroad without paying the 60euro fee?????


    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!! :confused::confused:

    even on the grounds of o2. still wont work. u either need to pay 60 euro, or buy an 02 sim for 10 euro and this has 30 euro on it over a few months so its money for nothing.

    Nope, definitely not. They didn't link-up with O2, they've just got an agreement to pay O2 for thei use of their nework in areas where meteor's coverage is weak while they build-out their own network. It's a temporary measure and must be in O2's commercial interests too...

    You can roam with meteor, it's just not real pre-paid roaming. The calls are simply billed to your credit card.

    If you've a bill-pay meteor account, once roming's activated you can roam as normal.

    The best sollution if you're a pre-paid customer is to get a pre-paid SIM card in the country you're visiting. They usually work out far cheaper and people can phone you at no cost to you and you can make calls with in that country at more reasonable rates.
