Quicktime problem, really bugging me

    Today I downloaded QuickTime.

Whenever I go to a site with a quicktime movie embedded, about 4-5 dialogue boxes pop up telling me that quicktime needs to know my internet speed to function properly. I press OK on all of them.

So the 'QuickTime Settings' window opens, on the 'Connection Speed' page. I choose the most suitable setting under that heading, but there is no OK box or anything. So I end up closing the settings window, and the movie plays fine.

But this happens every time I go to a site with a QuickTime movie, or even by opening quicktime itself.

If anyone could help me with this conundrum, I'd much appreciate it, thanks.

    Try quicktime alternative.
Google will help you find it.

    1) Uninstall quicktime
    2) Install "Quicktime Alternative"
    3) Have fun browsing.
