So i recently downloaded Opera. Pretty cool i must say, different to firefox though. i'm not really sure if i like it yet. I like the way the email and web browser are in one but other than that, like it looks good but i think i prefer firefox.
Does anybody else use it? what do you think?

I use it, prefer it to Firefox. Don't really know why, i suppose I have been using it longer and didn't see the need to change to firefox after it was released.

I've used Opera for a few years now, but must admit I am getting fed up with it. It's just had a major release that did nothing to improve its compatability issues either with hotmail or banking sites.
I use firefox as well and am seriously considering moving to it full time.

The bookmark management needs serious improving as well. Mind you so does Firefoxes.

I do prefer the combined browser and email client though.

Actually ive had a bit of trouble with it. It won't let me install this plugin for Active X. and ive looked around and have the browser to enable plugins. thats the only thing that i see relevant to my problem. any suggestions?
its really annoying because it was grand with firefox.

I have been using opera for the last couple of years - rather use opera than firefox

talk to the_bullman - he's been pimping opera like bill gates pimps windows for the last year or two.
There's a few features I like - remembering what pages you had open in what tabs and displaying next time you open - and he keeps mentioning something about mouse movements that pick up what you want to do and stuff - but I'm happy with firefox so it'll do til I have good reason to change.

In complete and total agreement. Probably just a matter of time before I chuck it and adopt Firefox with its lovely adblock and greasemonkey extensions.
That said, FF is far from ideal, and pretty slow.

If you use the Firefox speed up hack you'll find its almost as fast as opera.

Opera's speed and email client are about the only reasons I keep using it.
