Have applied for sales/customer service role through agency who are putting forward my CV...

Any advice on what they're like to work for and interview process - probably a few telephone interviews and then in person - would be most appreciated.

The image is a really fun happy place. But that might all be marketing, but from mini documentary I saw it does look very positive.

I kind of half know a guy (friend of a friend kind of thing) who went to work for them. He's happy from what I've heard. Apparently it's a nice place to work.

    Don't know anything concrete though.

I got as far as a telephone interview and no further. The more I think about it the more I think the actual nitty gritty of the job is rather dull.

For technical stuff from what I gather is they ask you some complex questions on the phone. You can probably google the answers.

I think the sound of frantic typing and lots of 'ummmms....' after each answer would be a bit of a giveaway!

Mate's wife is working there about 2 months and she loves it. He told me that their canteen is totally free.

I went as far as the face to face interviews.
The process is so long...it took me over 3 months.

A worksheet to do and that is a very long work.
3 telephone interviews, some with HR, some more technical.
2 face to face interviews, one with the manager and one with the team leader.
Between each interviews there is at least a week or 2 (the HR dealing with you might be on holidays, they have to discuss your application every week or 2 weeks, they have to contact you to schedule the interview and then you are ready for the next step...)

Everything went ok except the interview with the manager

I did not get it finally...I was so pissed of because they never told me directly but they told the recruitment agency which only told me after 2/3 weeks and 3/4 phone calls from me!

For the phone interviews just have some notes ready, that helped me alot if you want to know more pm me.
