    Hi,
I have been using Euphony(instead of Eircom) since December and am very pleased with the service they provide. You pay 10 euro p/m and get free unlimited calls to any landline in Ireland(32 counties included), is anyone else using this service or is there a better bargain out there????

You should look into VOIP telephony. For €9.99 Blueface offers 100 minutes of free calls to irish landlines and 18 other countries. You can transfer your phone line to them so you don't pay line rental

    Regards

I wouldn't go for broadband with Eircom, there are quite a few other providers including BT, UTV etc. Check the Broadband forum for more about the Providers.

With BlueFace you still have to pay line rental unless you're in a wireless broadband area...
