user profiles in firefox

does anyone know how to access the user profiles in firefox? i had a good profile with all my bookmarks and something happened and it asked me to choose a profile(default was the option) and i choose it it gave me my old user profile does anyone know how i can get the old one back..

right click your firefox icon,
go to properties
in the target box type after the text

nice tip there cremo. I would have just overwritten the new one with the old one (in windows).
