Big Brother Streaming

Just wondering if it will be possible to watch the big brother live streaming via other channels this year. Last summer it was possible to tune it in for a week or so before it was blocked. However once it was stored in other channels you could watch it. Has anyone heard anything about this for the forthcoming series?
