    Hey all,
Am in a spot of bother. I'm heading to Paris for the bak holiday weekend and haven't got a hotel yet.

Every time I try to book a bloody room over www.hotelclub.net (despite saying rooms are available) it comes back two days later saying - No can do.

Anyone have any other good cheap hotel sites?

    Cheers

hotels.com - yes, seems really obvious but anecdotal evidence suggests they are pretty ok.

I booked with venere.com when I was in Paris. I stayed in the "Select Hotel" which was quite nice. It think it cost €139 per room per night for a standard room and €169 for a slightly larger room. We went for the €169 option, it was not too big though!! Rooms in Paris are known for being quite small.

try ratestogo.com. Sister site of hotelclub.net - rooms only come available 20 days in advance. More likely to find availability there. Hotelclub is for booking further in advance.

    I've stayed here Hotel Moliere
21, rue Moliere, Paris 75001, France

Great location, just beside Opera, but tripadvisor has varied opinions

www.france-hotel-guide is a good stop, you can check hotels by location and price, then go to another site to try and book them

    That's great quad! :D

I consider this site a little gem. I've booked holidays in Venice & Paris for myself. USA, Belgium, UK for relatives and all over for friends.

I would recommend it and have never been let down.
