while hoovering around the house yesterdayi think i must have hoovered up about 90c all together...

i will hoover up about anything that'll fit through the nozzle....think i might stop and pick up a 2euro coin...maybe ....depending on the mood....and the cash flow situ at the time.

just wondering if ppl here hoover up money and small objects instead of bending down to pick it up ?

Do you then retrieve them from teh hoover? Cuz you could make a nice bit of change that way!.. Yeah, when I have to hoover I find myself doing the same... No wonder my sister has a load of mismatched earrings! :D

I'm not sure vacuum is a verb either!

Anyone know if there's anywhere in Ireland I can pick up one of those robot vacuum cleaners that will do the hoovering all by itself?

Id pick up maybe a 20c or higher (still a bit of a student in me), the rest could be sucked away to hoover land for all I care.

So what you're saying then is: you don't bend over for less than €2?

im not proud of these vacuuming confessions:
    1) i actually really enjoy it, its very theraputic
    2) i hoover up spiders cos im too freaked out to get them out of the house. they survive and climb out again i think.

    some random facts there
    *ahem*

Not quite as fun as a sock with one end stuck under a chair leg and the other happily flapping in the hoover.

    Ahhh heaven. :p

Nothing is worse than trying to hoover up hairballs, they cling persistently to the floor and it takes ages to get them up. Sometimes i have to resort to sellotape to get the worst of the hair fluffs up.

I need to hoover more frequently or get one of those jml de-fluff things they've been advertising on the telly.

i don't hoover very often but when i do, everything is hoovered, floors, walls ceilings, furniture and creepie crawlies that aren't fast enough to get out of the way
    :)
oh! and the dog....the dog has to stand there and suffer the indignity of being hoovered,
it's better than having fur tumbleweed rolling along the floor. i don't do under tables or corners or stuff so i think a robot hoover would be a welcome addition here!

It's rare that any cash is found laying about, so just about everything gets sucked up.

my two cents (so to speak)
