There's a place on Talbot Street across from Guineys where they do dry haircuts for 5 EURO!
There's always loads of people inside and sometimes a queue outside.
I think it's run by either Russians or Poles.
    It's a bargain.

not if they cut your hair like a polish orphan it's not. ;)

seriously, I'd be watchin people coming out to see what their heair looks like first.

personally, I go to a guy on the corner of blessington place. cheap rate early in the week when it's quiet (€7 or something like that, €10 otherwise) and he gives a good cut and good craic. never waited behind more than one person either, so it doesn't take forever.

theres a guy in coolock village who does cuts for €6. located beside the ulster bank there on the main village road. the shop is a bit....how shud i say...homely! personally i think its his front room but there ya go...

guy in swords plaza knockin em out for €9. not a bad job.

also Sams in cabinteely do a deal on Monday lunchtime i think it is for about €5 or €6 quid. usually big q's tho.

Fair play to the russians tho, even they can see the Irish are getting ripped off for haircuts!

Used to get the cheap ones in Sams too. Got a razor about 8 years back in argos and it is still going strong, more and more people have shaved heads these days and many still go to barbers for it.

Went to one in phibsboro by the corner almost in Glasnevin. Cant remember where, not a bargain as such as it was €10 but it was worth it. The only one i have ever been to where he shaved the back of my neck etc with a razor. Did a very good job he did.

For bargains then there is just cuts on the quays. €5 duing the week.
