hi ok i have a Compaq Presario 2500.It has been working fine the last year but now when i have my 2 256 ram sticks in it runs fine but after a while frezzes and the ram is very hot but it runs fine with 1 stick.does anyone know how to fix it? Regards matdabomb

Sounds like faulty ram.
Does it work with only one stick for both sticks?
