have had my chorus digital for a few weeks now,but i came home the other night to find a message on screen saying there may be a fault in the connection please call chorus.

rte1 and network2 are pixelating breaking up,the other channels seem fine its only rte1 and net2 sometimes bbc1 and 2 break up.

is there a quick remedy fix for this or will i have to call out a chorus engineer maybe aerial trouble?.your help would be good thanks

This seems to be an intermittent problem with the service. I knew a few people who were having this problem - one of them called chorus out but it only helped them marginally. The problem miraculously disappeared after a while but comes back every now and then. You could give them a call if you want, but tbh I think its usually just the fact their masts transmit at extremely low power. Where is the nearest mast to you (can you even see it from your house)? And also - does this only happen when the weather is bad? And finally - have you got the black box with the viewing card behind a flap and the numeric display on the right, and a long remote with "chorus" on a centre button or do you have another type?
