e-mail taking forever

    trying to download my e-mail but after 5 mins the first one was only 10% complete.The download speed was normal.Can I do anything to delete this one before completion?

    going to suggest their webmail service or mail2web and delete it there

    Try mail2web.com, you should be able to delete it from there.

    google for a program called eremove

    you can login to ur POP email server and delete any extra large emails!
