Contacting Aldi

    Hey guys,

does any one know the phone number for contacting Aldi? I bought the 250G HD that they had on offer last week and it has died already! I though I saw a 1850 number up there before.

I don't want to return it, I just want one that works and my local is all sold out of them. So how do I contact the main Aldi's and get a new one rather than a refund?

    thanks in advance.

Why are Aldi stores not listed in the phone book?
The Store Manager or Area Manager handles all customer enquires, so the easiest way to contact them is by returning to the store. This way our service to customers is prompt and personal, ensuring complete satisfaction.

But what if the 250G HD's are sold out and mine has died?
Bummer, the is nothing we can do.

Hopefully another store can help you if you drop in.

thanks for the quick replies. I didn't think to check the faq, but explains why I couldn't find their number on goldenpages.ie.

When I was buying mine she said that you can return it to them it your want a cash refund or you have to deal with the supplier if something goes wrong.

    Hope this helps

Well when the mainboard on my medion computer failed i called medion direct in the UK... call lasted for 5 mins took my details and serial, and shop, parts sent overnight, engineer out next day and usually 8 hour callout if parts are not needed so I was told.

I imagine its the same for Tevion or whoever makes the HDD.

Aldi's number is not in the phone book the number for medion was on the interweb and booklet
