    Hi there

I am going to be moving house in the next 4 weeks. I have Sky+ the people departing the new house have Sky digital (not plus). What happens next ? . I remember hearing that you leave your dish behind when moving. how much does it cost to get it replaced at the new address?. Will they just replace the Lnb on the old owners dish or will I get a new dish ?.

Thanks for any words of wisdom :)

cancel your existing subs (i told sky i was moving to Oz)
then in your new home get a "new subscriber" package, but make payments from a different credit card or bank account and they *should* have no way of knowing if you have had sky before

as you own your current sky+ bring that with you and pay the installer a few bob in a brown envelope to also install your current sky+ box

i dont know if you can mirror sub with 2 sky+ boxes. anyone else do this?

Just found this post while doing a search. Was going to cancel my Sky+ account as my 12 months are up. Then sign up for a new account, using different bank account and phone number.
How do I use the 2 Sky+ boxes on one sub ?
Or could I run another cable to the second box and record there also ?

    Any advise appreciated !
