I'm heading to Canada in two weeks and plan on bringing back a few games, cd's, DVD's etc(Maybe an ipod) will I have to pay VAT or import duty?

What happens if i don't declare anything and am caught?

Just mail all the receipts and packaging to yourself from Canada so it isn't obvious that the stuff is brand new.

i think if goods over €175 u have to pay nothing extra, but keep the receipts on you.
