Watching TV on a Mac

Any ideas as to how I can use my Mac monitor (20" flat screen, yum) to watch tv with basic channels such as rte, and maybe even bbc??? I know you can buy stuff, but I dont wanna purchase anything unless Ive heard user views.

Hi Soph,

You can't do this that I know of without adding additional hardware such as an Eye TV tuner or such. http://elgato.com/
