Hi good news for other users that have money in SkypeOut and never got to use it all, you can request a refund from them for the remaning credit available. Visit the Url below and submit a ticket, I requested the refundon Friday eve. and got a mail today that the refund was process.

I had €8.85 left and they refunded €10 so not bad.

they merely refunded u 8.85+ vat at 15ish percent. when u bought 10 credit in fact if u check ur credit card it was 11.50
