NTL BB speed drop !!

like most folk I had my NTL BB speed increased from 750k to 2mb last week, :D great, but today I noticed it was a bit sluggish so I ran a speed testhere and found that my speeds have dropped :( see pic below, it was achieving 98% & has dropped to 33% :( anyone else verify this ?

Dublin 7,...tested it a 2nd time & was down to (quality of service 7%) :mad:
I restarted the modem & router and things are back to normal (D/L @ 1.93mb 98% quality of service)
