cheapest I've found so far has been iconnecthere.com, which works out at about 18 US Cents per minute, which is only around 14 euro cent. Also if you buy $50 worth of credit you get $5 free so you are effectively getting it a little cheaper than that if you use it a lot.

From what I've seen Smart Telecom provide the cheapest mobile calls. even when compared to Blueface
Kind of ironic but interesting :)

Not really: Smart are cheaper than blueface on weekend calls; are similar (but Smart are slightly higher) for off-peak; and Smart are more expensive for peak calls.

For blueface subscribers it's 16c or 18c for off-peak and peak respectively
Smart range from 10.4c to 27.8c for off peak and peak respectively.

Telestunt is 15c to Irish mobiles but requires a phone line of course. Or what does Blueface charge for a 1520 call?

Have a look at the Voipgate rates at :

Looks like €14.4 cent per minute all day to O2 and Vodafone. They appear to have 2 services and this is the price for the "Econo" one. Seems reasonable though.
