Warranty questions - creative.

    Firstly, if this is the wrong forum then sorry, but im sure you guys here know the most about RMA's and the like.

    I've a Creative Zen Touch 20gb mp3 player here that the touvh pad has stopped working on, i've been reading the warranty on creative.ie and I think i'm eligible to return it and have it fixed. Bought it in Power City in december, have receipt here and have not messed with player or warranty seal at all.

    It was working fine yesterday and today its just not working at all. It will still play music but i cant select anything because the touchpad is bust. The only place I keep it is in my pocket - got the scratches to prove it :p - and it hasnt been dropped to the best of my knowlege. Its been nowhere out of my sight since it was last working so im not sure what went wrong.
    • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, abnormal use or conditions, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, improper handling or storage, exposure to moisture, unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs, improper installation, improper use of any electrical source, undue physical or electrical stress, operator error, non-compliance with instructions or other acts which are not the fault of Creative, including damage or loss during shipment.

    Above from creative warranty.

    Will I run into any problems if i send it off to be repaired?
