    We are looking for a couple or single person to share a house in Walkinstown (near roundabout) from the 28th of this month.

    The house is modern with all mod cons, digital tv, ntl broadband (with wireless router) and other nice extra's. And off street parking.

    The bright double bedroom we are letting has a view of the back garden which is fairly private and mature.

    The house is not owner occupied and the rent is €400 for a single person and €500 for a couple.
