On any manufatures Website there is almost always a "Contact Us" (button link) try clicking that!

Google is also very handy For This you should try using it sometime i.e. Manufactures Name + "Contact Us"

Try putting support@sony.com, info@sony.com or sales@sony.com into google and see what you get. If there is no hits then take the .com part out and try it.

This should work for most manufactures.

i think a lot of companies dont have external email, they use those webform things.
